Support

Tell us what happened. We will help you move forward.

Whether your question is about your account, wallet, a transaction, bulk services, reselling or an API integration, sending the right information helps us understand the issue faster.

Before you contact us

Check your transaction history first if your question relates to a payment.

You may already be able to see the transaction status, reference or other information you need.

For transaction questions

Please include:

  • Transaction reference
  • Service purchased
  • Approximate date and time
  • Recipient, meter or account information where appropriate
  • Clear description of the issue

Do not send passwords, transaction PINs, API secrets or other sensitive credentials.

For account questions

Tell us the email address or phone number associated with the account through the secure support process provided.

Explain what you were trying to do and what happened.

For reseller and business questions

Explain the type of workflow you are interested in, such as bulk airtime, bulk data, ePINs or reseller services.

That helps us direct the enquiry appropriately.

For API questions

Include your transaction reference, relevant request context and the response or state you are trying to understand.

Never send your secret API credentials.

Good support starts with a clear description

Instead of sending a message that only says the service is not working, include the transaction and the action you already took.

I submitted a data transaction at approximately 10:30 AM. My reference is XXXXX. The transaction is still showing processing and I have not submitted another request.

Specific information makes investigation easier.

Need help?

Send us the details and the relevant reference. We will use them to understand what happened.
